Well you all know what I’m going to say, and that’s not because I’m an owner ... but I’d take the BLRO.

I just much prefer SS on the professional references to gold, but I understand most here are the opposite

This makes no sense to even compare these two, it's like and R8 or base model TT.....
No way in hell I would pick a BLRO ss over a full gold anniversary edition watch.
Gold GMT Master ll Anniversary Edition!

My uniform of the day, every day, is t-shirt/Levi's/sneakers or deck shoes; I look ridiculous wearing anything gold, so it's the classic SS Pepsi for me.

Retail? Pepsi. Market price? 100% the green dial PM GMT.

Pepsi for me! Yellow gold is just too loud for me.

Still if one and only would go BLRO. The price of these two is worlds apart so it's an interesting trade.
This.... And you should take these responses with a grain of salt. That green GMT was readily available for a decade, with significant discounts, without much popularity or demand whatsoever, even towards the end of its run. Pepsi all the way. And the prices and demand have reflected this all along. The anniversary GMT never did really great, and that green didn't do much for most people. The GMT is still a nice watch, but this is a fairly simple decision, the majority of people would go for the stainless steel, even paying market price at double retail of the blro. Good luck with your decision!

I watched the Quincy Jones documentary on Netflix and noticed he has the green dial GMT. I have a lot of respect for the green dial GMT. As a pepsi owner I want a green dial GMT, I am sure the green dial owners want a pepsi. Get both?

PS: I also watched the black godfather documentary on Clarence Avant, noticed his Patek Gondolo year 2000 edition with the ten day power reserve. That would be my pick!

I agreed, but I also recognize that I am bias. As a general statement:
