I already have the BLNR, so if I could keep it and pick two I would definitely add the WG Daytona and the Sub. If I couldn’t keep the BLNR, I’d go for the BLNR and WG Daytona!
Great question OP, and even better collection! |

Keep the wg Daytona and hulk to wear. Pt the ss Daytona in the safe and forget about it for 20 years.

I’d keep both Daytonas. No reason other than I like them.

Don’t make the mistake I made by selling off most of collection. Keep them all.

Investment wise - Daytona white dial and Pepsi. I personally would go daytona white dial and the Batman, I think it is more versatile considering you will have 2 watches.

from the 5 you have, i'd pick 1 daytona (my preference would be SS white due to my preference of the metal bracelet) and either the green sub or the BLNR, with preference towards the sub (I have no need for a GMT).

You really should keep three. Pepsi, white Daytona, LVC.

I’d sell both GMTs and hide one watch from the wife :-)
I figure that’s about a perfect trio Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If only two, I’d go with the two you propose and take advantage of today’s inflated prices to cash in on the others. Use that cash for other things, or go high horology like ALS Zeitwerk Striking Time for a third and truly handmade time piece.

I’d keep the 116519 as the OF offers variety against the all-steel.
And I’d keep the BLRO as I like the aesthetics and the GMT is super useful. But, actually what I’d do is keep the 116519, and trade the rest for a Platinum Daytona. Yes, it would mean having two Daytonas but (a) it’s the best Rolex in my view, and (b) the two look and feel completely different. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I think a 3-watch collection would make more sense in your future, 2 watches are too less of a variety......you could cut down by choosing one of the two gmt's and daytona's to do it
so you end up with a daytona, gmt, and a sub |

For me I would say BLNR and LV. Those two would be the most functional combo for me.
