Most want decent spend history now before getting you sport models.
Supply doesn’t get close to demand so they need to pick their best customers. Sad but true.

It won't be long now, they will all be gone except for brand-specific boutiques.

I remember when Ross Simon was a big establishment with multiple locations, then they rebranded with ST for physical and RS for online and now they have what two locations?

I did hear rumors from other (more than one) ADs that they were dealing out the back door... Who knows.

I feel bad for those long term ST customers that has already built up a relationship and can usually get new hot ss models from them. Now they gotta go to the boutique and start from scratch?

The store was my go to but change in ownership, loss of good watch people over the past few years, and I know there was one or two shady salesmen that they reprimanded over the years. But yeah it’s somewhat of a start over at a new Rolex Boutique for me... ST always treated me nicely.

I've purchased two Rolex watches from the Delaware location. Staff has been nothing short of stellar at that location!

It seems that the Delaware location will maintain the Rolex license and only the Short Hill one will lose it.

Agreed, the short hills mall Rolex, the staff made me feel I was wasting time, even after discussing nice rolex pieces, unwilling to take any out of the case.

I was friendly with one person at ST. My first purchase was a white gold oyster flex Daytona in 19 and a new Sub in 20. Was planning to buy a day-date for my wife for Mother’s Day - popped in a few weeks ago and saw that Rolex was no more. Too bad….

just discovered that they closed :)

contrary to popular opinion, my experience at ST/Short Hills was good. I got my 116610LN there in 2018. not been there since. looking to get a DJ now and trying to contact them when i discovered that they're closed. oh well.
