It’s a Cellini. And congrats Phil! That was awesome to watch.

I believe Phil has about 3 Rolex watches he has worn in competition in recent years. Most recently was the RG OF YM, but previously he wore a Cellini Prince and a Cellini Danaos for many years. If I recall the Cellinis had sentimental value to Phil and they are manual winders.

He used to play in a Datejust many years ago, metal bracelet and all. He's also got a Platona worn around town.

Go Phil. The putts go down and the thumbs go up!!

If Rolex knew how to market themselves they'd create a watch to be worn on Phil's thumb.

Yesterday, but when the OP posted Phil was wearing an Everrose YM 40 on Oysterflex on course. Brought a few Rolex with him this week in a nice winning effort

I need one ... it’s the only reason why I don’t hit 366 yard bombs past the kids on the course

So a Cellini Rolex can stand a round (or 4) of golf from a professional golfer? Kinda slams the door on sport models not being worn on the course guys/gals. Use your Rolex and enjoy it!

Keep in mind that Cellini is a manual wind movement. I think the bigger risk is to automatic movements.

He’s played with a lot of watches outside of the Cellini.

He either changed to the YM before he greeted his wife or they showed him greeting his wife wearing the YM at a previous tournament?! Either way, what a fantastic champion!! Small wonder he's always had Rolex watches!! My late father loved this guy...Congrats to him and his family!!

I suppose, but then wouldn't Rolex make their toughest tool watches manual wind?

I think they're all very tough; some investors (versus wearers) don't seem to think so but it's just IMHO.

I'd be willing to wear them for cheaper than the PGA guys, but no one seems to want to sponsor a 10-handicapper.
