Thanks so much for everyones feedback and reassurance. I ended up going with DavidSW (even after chatting to few other recommended gray dealers), with my request they did increase the sale amount and I send in the watch, they deposited the agreed amount and I am a happy camper. Smooth and fast transaction - couldn't have been better. so another + for David.

I traded a Explorer II for a GMT Master II with davidsw. Transaction went really smooth and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

As mentioned, though, you will not get the best price for your watch... and its true that you will pay a little more when buying from them (but then again, you will at Bob's too), but to me, its worth it for piece of mind knowing I am going to get a quality watch.

make sure you contact him directly and not from a random email, scammers will often use trusted sellers in unsolicited emails
