Keep the gifts below 15k and all is well.

Only a good decision if you actually wanted the watch. A stunner nevertheless

Totally agree

It's a beautiful watch. But impulse buying may or may not work out.

It's crazy, you've bought a watch you don't know if you like? Just because it was offered to you.

Somebody is probably on the waiting list and absolutely loves the reference but because of todays climate people are buying the watches even if they dont like them!!!

This is a great piece. The same thing happened to me, it wasn’t on my radar but I was offered one by the AD. After the honeymoon the novelty wore off (fast) and I ended up selling it. My only TT is a Daytona Zenith that I bought new in the 90s, and due to sentimental value I won’t sell it. I’ve understood that TT isn’t for me. I tried, but that’s the outcome.

I just got mine 2 days ago. It is a stunning and beautiful watch especially in person. When my wife wears it you really see how spectacular it is from that perspective. TT / rose gold is polarizing to some. Some love it some not so much but I LOVE it. Worse case you can sell make a little cash but I wouldn’t too soon or the dealer might find out you flipped it for profit and ban future purchases.

It's a beautiful watch but personally not a fan of two tone. See if it grows on you, otherwise sell and buy the SD43

Just picked mine up yesterday and love it! First ever non-stainless watch for me and I love the subtle color of the everose gold.

Well do you like the watch? They’re not easy to come by, many who love the watch would love the opportunity to buy one.

I sure love mine.

I was waiting for the Batman. The root beer came in and was offered. I took it, loved it, but I didn’t bond with the brown color. Sold it back to my AD. Keep it for awhile and see if you like it. It is one of the most unique watches Rolex offers IMO.

I asked because it was a piece I hadn't considered before it was offered. If the cost isn't the issue and given the opportunity I assume most would go ahead?
