Good for you mate!

I often think about my first Rolex and why I bought it. It was because it was the one I wanted, nothing more or less and that makes it special. It wasn't bought to fill a hole in the collection, or because I 'needed' a chrono or blue dial...

Friend, very beautiful story in which we must be many to find this regardless of our age.

All these acquisitions and exchanges seem to be a quest lost in advance or a journey whose culmination is to find our candor and naivety of the beginnings, of our youth, the purity and the simplicity of a desire as could be the desire of our children.
This 116613LB is just sublime and difficult to divide it with the 126613LB, the yellow writing is sublime for the 116 as well as its proven movement, the 126 has the case redesigned but the white writing repels a little as well as the small worries of youth (corrected by Rolex) from 3235.

Thank you for this sharing and enjoy this magnificent watch and look forward to reading your contributions

I m still wainting for my 126

Thanks! Congrats to you as well, sir…it sounds like we have been on similar paths!

Thank you, my brother! I guess the Hulk will have to yield a bit of wrist time to this beauty for the foreseeable future!

I feel the same way. My first Rolex was 16613lb that I purchased in my early 20’s. I ended up selling it and always regretted it. I couldn’t be happier with the 116613lb I got last March.

Haha...great picture...I think you may be my doppelganger or perhaps just me in a parallel universe!
I recognize that steering wheel! You have good taste, sir!
