Called RSC / Rolex Dallas Service Center. Below is what I got:
A onsite technician at the AD may be able to do the job. If I send it over to the RSC these are the rates:
$175 ceramic bezel replacement cost
$85 labor for ceramic bezel replacement (if required, to the discretion of tech working on the watch)
$27 if just the pearl can be replaced

Something similar happened to me a few years ago. It cost $75 to have RSC replace the pearl. Took about 3 weeks to get it back.

In the world of Rolex money, peanuts. Go with the bezel replacement at RSC.

Not only my pearl was replaced, RSC Dallas also serviced the whole movement 'under warranty'. I bought the watch in 2015 so I'm almost sure the warranty was out.
A full service and a pearl for $25.

I would think RSC will replace under warranty, but if not, probably like $200

Hop on a flight to Dallas and show up to the recently new RSC. Maybe they’ll take it on that day maybe not. But at the least they have it.

OK, one more update:
Couple days ago a nice lady with a French accent calls me and tells me 'your watch is ready, so you can wear it just before thanksgiving'.
Did not mention anything about paying a bill/shipping, I expected that to come in an email but I got an email yesterday with my Fedex tracking instead.
RSC covered the full service and pearl replacement under 'warranty' that expired about six months ago or so.

Rolex gives top notch service, their focus on quality goes well beyond the scope of the perfect craftsmanship.

Sounds about right
As i've said before on the forum. The real treasure in the Rolex ownership experience is in these types of outcomes and interactions with their globally superior RSCs and or the Mothership on a higher level.
Congratulations, you have been touched by the good grace of Rolex
