I wear a Sub playing this. Not quite as intense as drumming though.

Never wore a Rolex during my almost 40 years of professional musician work, but always wore a watch. The last 20 or so I had a Citizen Skyhawk or Navihawk I switched between. But I didn't get my Rolexes until after I retired.
I would wear one if I got called for a gig now though. PDG |

I was wearing an Explorer II in this photo, but I'm just the guitar player and my right hand was doing most of the moving.

In my side job, I normally gig once twice a week, a two hour set. I have found I can play with either OP, 36 or 41, but Airking (2021) or pelagos can actually hurt my wrist, probably due to case height. Too scared to play in Daytona, (pathetic, I know) mainly because Sonor drum hardware is unkind to watches, it’s built like a tank! Only watch ever damaged gigging was a Breitling Colt GMT, the minute hand moved, and would not correctly align at 12 o’clock. Got it serviced, and got rid quickly!

Let's also thank Billy Baker, his drum tech. Billy does A LOT to keep his kits fresh and working properly.

I always gig with a watch on - 36mm DJ has worked great because of it's small size and light weight. |

Awesome kit, right? The sound is unique. The 36 DJ sounds about right. I wear the Air-King for the same reason! Good drumming to you!!!
