Wear it with everything. It is colorful so it will stand out with whatever you wear. The only old rule on watch coordination was to wear a black strap, black belt and shoes or brown strap with the brown belt and shoes. Since your watch is on a bracelet, color coordination should be irrelevant.

IMO the BLRO blends so well swimming trunks and scrubs. Now you have it back on my radar. I think the vast majority of pictures it looks awesome and here is no exception. But like OP I had some reservations. I actually passed on it twice. My reasoning was that it didn’t look quite right to my eye while wearing this with business casual on me personally. Without question this could never be my only watch or in a 1-3 watch rotation. But in a collection it could fly nicely. YMMV.

Nick, I actually never thought of this as a “wear to clinic/OR in scrubs” or “beach” watch but now I am going to give it some thought. I use my Sub for this, but have been thinking about mixing it up. Maybe a smaller ROC. My search wasn’t too broad. Your pics continue to enable…every time you post your Milgauss zblue I am captivated. I

Pepsi like the Hulk gets a pass at trying to match its colors to your clothing. They are a stand alone watch with fashion like a woman’s yellow Canary diamond.

I wear my Pepsi with whatever I'm wearing that day. If anything I choose my watch for the day depending on how I'm feeling.

Suit and tie is fine with the Pepsi, but it depends more on where you’re going or what you’re doing with said attire.

In a general office setting it’s fine, but if it’s a venue with unknown participants I’d tend to wear a neutral watch and preferably not a sports variant

It’s about as versatile as most Rolex watches. Goes well with any type of clothing and can be worn in most any situation.

I wear my 16710 pepsi with everything, but have the black bezel insert too, and if there's the rare occasion where the pepsi might seem a little too casual, I switch to the black insert. It's one of the things that makes the 16710 so versatile.

1. The red/blue bezel seems pretty casual, but then the jubilee seems dressy. Do you typically wear it with more dressy or more casual outfits?

2. Do you color coordinate your watch with your clothes? I've never in my life thought about this with my two all-black watches. Any colors you think the Pepsi looks best with?
One of the reasons I don't chase after a Pepsi...not sure how much I'd wear it. IF it was on Oyster might be different...

These Sartorial suggestions are all wrong.
To the OP, you can wear your Pepsi with anything.

I've worn mine with everything, both formal and casual, for all of my adult life and have never felt that it has clashed with anything or been not appropriate for the occasion.

That’s always been a consideration now even more so with the new versions. They are not under the radar, that shiny pastel colors and PCL commands attention. I always admired the 5 digit ones (in the case) and may own one someday. That said, I can’t get past the costume like nature of it, almost toy like with the many colors. May be the reason I have always stuck with the sub, just more versatile on almost any situation. That said, until they tone down the pastels with the BLRO, the 6 digit gmt if I were to choose is the BLNR.

I think the BLNR appears more integrated due to having less colors and the non pastel colors.

It will work with most outfits and experiences, however, one thing I've trained myself to be cognisant of is the fact that nobody is noticing your watch as much as you are. You're hyper aware like some on here and believe that everybody is looking at your watch then assessing whether you choose the right outfit to accompany said watch. This same principle goes for "new scratches on your brand new watch"...

I wouldn't necessarily wear it with a Lakers jersey but in 99% of situations you're likely to find yourself in, you will be aces.

You are right here but tbh the new bezels are way more lowkey than the first gens... they're darker and have less contrast to the black dial which helps to blend in nicely with most outifts. I'm sure some prefer the brighter colorway but I am not one of them and am happy I waited.

That is my biggest gripe with the Hulk. The green doesn't go with everything. Its still a wonderful piece, just not one I feel like I would get the most use out of.

I found that my Coke wears casual to semi-casual just fine and the Pepsi would be more of the same.

I mean in certain lights, yes the bezel on the BLRO is darker but it hits light all the time and in all conditions and the blue overlaid on the red. This is why the BLNR is noticeably different tone of blue.

The new models with PCL, wider lugs, and wider bezels really shine brightly. Nothing wrong with that per se and to each his own. The 5 digits were a metallic red-blue and also stood out but muted with some wear, not so with the ceramics as they don’t really age. They were also helped by the all brushed bracelet.

I forgot how wrong some of these sport watches look with suits!

It's what you're used to and what you were brought up with as well.

Brown shoes were always a thing to avoid..now it's common and still wrong to my eyes.

BLRO can go with a suit, flip flops, or swimming trunks. It is a “timeless” statement in fashion and taste on its own. It can go Air, Land, and Sea.

I humbly opine that it’s the best pound for pound watch that Rolex currently makes.

You have to see someone in real life wearing a hulk to understand how small and insignificant color on a watch is. Most of the time you only see the SS... and the times that you see the color its for a split second. Matching the dial or the bezel of your watch to what you are wearing is a futile exercise. It doesnt matter what color dial/bezel or even what color metal the watch is. It goes with everything.

Nowadays, it’s very common to see guys wearing an Apple Watch on an ugly rubber strap with a suit. Sometimes it’s a white strap or one of those multi colored fabric straps they come with. I don’t think the watch itself is an issue, but the straps they choose look awful (IMHO).

I think a BLRO looks much better. My 2 cents…

They should consider getting a nice black leather strap to wear it with a suit.
