Sorry cannot see the point of like you state what watch will drag more attention on the wrist, IMHO it should be show less attention no matter the watch anyone is wearing, why anyone would like to draw attention defeats me.

Don’t care what color dial you got. The presidential bracelet grabs your attention any day.

Def the Green dial Daytona but d@mn, that watch in my opinion is very ugly. I do not understand it besides the rarity. Red outline on green doesn't work for my taste. I would rather wear DD in YG with Black dial myself.

You're seeking attention? A watch may not be the answer. Try shaving your head first.

For me it's the green dial Daytona by a mile.... which is reason enough for me to avoid it like the plague!

Personally speaking (as a stiff, uptight and repressed Brit!) I like my watches to be pretty understated, and most of the time I do all I can to avoid being ostentatious with displaying them to others. However YMMV.

It’s pretty negligible. I mean yellow gold and most Rolex with the polished parts are highly attention grabbing and that the purpose to some degree and what folks are paying for with the premium for gold. That said, several years ago I had my 116520 on walking in Princeton and a dude from seriously a good 10 feet out shouts nice watch. So, suffice to say if that’s the attention the SS versions get, the YG versions will be even more eye catching.

In any event, to my eye gold is for actual dress watches in dress watch proportions 40mm and below (think JlC) otherwise it’s really the watch that’s wearing the person and not the other way around.

Why do you ask?

To me it defeats the purpose!

S/S all the way or White Gold!

What kind of attention are you seeking?

Id be super excited if I saw the green Daytona and wouldn't care at all about the daydate- but I'm a watch nerd. If I wear my yg dd, it gets attention every single time- and always from non watch people. I think its just so recognizable as a Rolex and its obviously gold. I get annoying comments like wow you must be doing really well, etc. I Never wear it anymore. Its also the only watch my wife likes and loves to wear. (she knows NOTHING about watches). I think those are the type of people who are drawn to it..

they both will draw equally attention since they're a ROLEX.

but be careful these days.
