Man tough comparison because they’re so different. I have the black AT traditional bracelet and love it! Pairing with with Sub 124060 (arriving any day now fingers crossed). So I vote AT. And for what’s as worth as a total newbie I think 90% of Rolex die hards would still say Omega is great watch

Given your collection, I'd definitely keep the Omega. It works great on a bracelet, leather, or rubber and is a higher quality watch than Tudor. It's also better for a one and done watch. If you didn't have a diver, I'd probably go for the BB58 but you do so why bother with the Tudor?

Opinion on aqua terra vs. BB58

Omega gets a lot of love on TRF. Especially the Speedmaster, Seamaster divers and ATs. Definitely more than Tudor… Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I’d keep that omega. Very beautiful watch, I would have one myself but I just don’t care for the clasp they use.

By George, I think he’s got it! I have a Black Bay Blue 58 and a blue dial Aqua Terra, the “Skyfall” reference. Very different watches, glad to have both. The AT hovers between dress watch and sports watch, much like a Datejust. The Black Bay is an old school style dive watch. Good strap options with both. I wear the AT on an Omega dark blue leather strap, with deployment clasp, the Tudor on their blue NATO style strap. I may go back to the Omega bracelet, and the Tudor “soft touch” fabric strap, but not anytime soon. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I have owned several BB 58's and they are fine watches. I have never owned the AT but have always liked them and the photograph of yours is especially nice. I know you have already said just add the BB 58 but I might pause and look at other options. I am a huge Seiko fan and the SPB149 is a cool blue option at about $1400 that might just check the blocks that the BB 58 does. It is a retro inspired dive watch on a bracelet and I believe it comes with a strap also. Wears great and will not break the bank. The resale value is also high as it is a LE piece. Just a thought. Good luck.

Sound logic, and usually the best answer- get both!

Keep both. Both are great watches in their own regard.

If you get a 20% discount without tax on the Omega AT it's a better buy than the 58 at retail with tax. I picked up a nice AT 4.5k USD with blue dial. Good luck both nice watches.

I'd stick with that Omega AT.
That's almost a no-brainer.

I’d choose omega over Tudor. Plus you already have a sub which makes the BB somewhat redundant and inferior to your sub

Had both. Loved both. Omega probably slight edge on quality. Tudor a little cooler.
I’d probably take the AT, but just be patient and have both eventually. Trading one for the other will just cost you money anyway. |

Thanks everyone for your help and your opinions.
I’m going to Stick with the AT for now. Went by my AD yesterday and tried on a bb58 (they only had one on a leather strap). Great watch and I plan on adding it to the collection eventually but I didn’t like it more than my AT Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I have a Tudor Black Bay and had an Aqua Terra. Sold the Aqua Terra, but would have no issue picking one up again in the future.
If I hadn’t bought the Tudor to commemorate the birth of my second child, and didn’t have her name and birthdate engraved on the case back, I very likely would have sold it already. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Owning Subs and an AT I would keep the AT for its versatility as a daily watch including having a date.
