Isn't it amazing how different they look just by different bracelets?

Congrats and nice car, too

Congratulations. I have 2 BLRO's as well. Steel on jubilee and WG meteorite dial. Love the Lambo as well. Bet you have the yellow OP?

While I have a BLNR on jubilee, I would not pass up on another GMT on oyster!!! Nice combo...one that leans dressy and one more sporty.

I agree, I’m actually quite shocked how big a difference there is in person. I used to wear the jubilee with jeans and even beach shorts but that seems ridiculous now when comparing it with the oyster.

Thank you for everyone’s comments on the big yellow New York taxi Audi. I don’t have the yellow OP yet but I hear a GMT sprite is on the way …

Nice watches and great car! Your brother in law is going to love the gift. Such a great welcome to the family.

Great watch! Big, big congrats!!

Am I the only one who noticed that the bezel color of the Oyster differs from that of the Jubilee?

I prefer the oyster bracelet on that particular watch. I have been waiting on my BLNR since last September. I did not think about a particular band; was just promised I would get the next BLNR. The AD has $10.5k as a deposit since I originally purchased an Omega James Bond but returned it the following day. He kept the refund as a deposit toward the Pepsi. Do they come from the factory in either band now?

It’s the picture I’m sure as side by side there is no difference.

Thank you!

To the person above getting the BLNR- I asked for the oyster bracelet and it’s something Rolex added to their line up in 2021

So, I got the call last week that my new daily has arrived. A Pepsi on oyster bracelet. I bought my jubilee Pepsi in 2019 and it gets 90% of my wrist time.

The AD is fantastic and has always looked after me (watches of Switzerland Stratford Westfields). Today they gave me a lovely book with a nice note inside

Now I have both the jubilee and oyster to compare against each other, I’ve got to say in person the oyster is breathtaking. The jubilee is very comfortable and perfect for the evening but for daily use… I think I’ll be wearing the new one

I'm not sure! Please take a close look again. I'm sure the blue and red are a bit brighter!

Congrats! What a pickup!

Side by side Oyster looks beefy and substantial. How’s the weight difference between the two ?

Yes I could’ve ordered another bracelet but I’m going to be passing the jubilee on to my future brother in law next year (post wedding), so that’s why I chose to get this.

Totally unnecessary and redundant, so many other watches to choose from or just go source a bracelet.

I don’t have the weighing scales to hand but the jubilee does feel lighter.

On the wrist, I’d say the oyster has less give (if that’s the technical term) and therefore not as comfortable but it does feel substantial as you say.

Nice! If you want to offload one, Let me know if you trade one for one of mine new 2022 plus cash? I just landed a 2022 Sea Dweller Yellow gold and stainless and 2022 Datejust 41 two tone rose with chocolate face. Both gorgeous but I need a Pepsi!

Thank you but I’m ok my friend. I think the look on my brother in laws face will be worth a lot more.

Ha! Well I gave my first bro in law the luxury of choosing his own watch (in 2014) and he went for a Ulysse Nardin Marine which is hideous in my opinion.

They also had me try this on yesterday which I thought would be a great joke watch (it was soo soo ugly)

I've got the Jubilee version and the oyster has just arrived for me at my dealers to collect next time I'm back in the country.
I enquired about a bracelet for my MK1 version and they said they wasnt allowed to order , he then said why don't you order the other Oyster
