Bluesy. I don’t like the color combination on the Rootbeer.

Had both but flipped the CHNR. I prefer blue over brown.

126613LB 100%! Classic Rolex for me like a Daydate YG or a TT DJ ! Also the case of the 1266xx is more harmonious than the 1267xx

Bluesy is the classic. I can’t help but feel that rose gold is nearing the end of its day in the sun but YMMV

I always feel RG is more suited to the ladies personally

Cru,

Two of the best, IMO. I didn't vote bc there's no way I could make the call one's better than the other.

Since you already have the LV-C, I might give the nod to the CHNR, but having another starburst dial - especially blue! - would be pretty spectacular as well.

As far as appearance, well, they're both flat out gorgeous, but, I think the CHNR is a little more subdued, so whatever look you're going for, that might help with the decision.

Good luck!

I used to be squarely in the CHNR camp, but with this LB generation’s white text and proportions, I find myself very drawn to the LB in a way I hadn’t before.

I voted CHNR but have to agree, the white text is a draw for me as well.

Some don’t like it but I think it adds a level of contrast to the dial

Thanks for these thoughts, Larry. Agreed, they are both beautiful, which makes it so hard!

You're right, I have that amazing sunburst green, but I also am lucky enough to have more "subdued" watches with black and silver dials. So, maybe the "pop" of the blue & YG is what I "need".... I can just imagine being at the beach or on the snow with the YG and sunburst blue.

If this were my only watch or maybe one of a duo, I probably would think differently. And up until recently, I had seriously debated the CHNR vs. black SS Daytona.

So, who knows? This is why I started this thread.

Hi Brian.

Yeah, I don't know what's wrong with me. The white text changed everything about the watch for me...And in the grand scheme of things, it's really not that much of a difference!

Both are very nice, but as the second guy on the forum to ever buy the Blue YG Subc I have to go with that blue TT.

I’m not sure how anyone could ever think that the CHNR looks better than the Bluesy but to each their own

With 1 meter distance the CHNR is just a boring, fade watch compared to the Bluesy for my eyes!
