I appreciate all of the feedback. I'll stop by my AD tomorrow and drop it off.
My cousin has the same watch from the same time period and had a similar issue. Said he sent it in and its perfect again (for now).

I have a late 2018 126710. In 2019 it was running -5 s/d. I lived near an RSC so I dropped it off. They fixed/regulated it to +0.6 s/d. I picked it up a week later, and it has run great ever since.
