I wore my 116900(which I really dig more than the new version) on a Nato (Bond) for a while. Went to the bracelet recently and love it. I don't like not having a safety lock. Sourcing an Explorer clasp for example which would fit is next to impossible. The green rubber strap look hideous to me. Hey, I'm definitely into doing your own thing though. Lol.

In clicking on the Everest link to the new AK, it brings me to a sign-up to be placed on the waiting list for the new strap which is yet to be released.

Black leather might work.

Also received an email from RubberB asking me to confirm my interest. Maybe they are trying to decide whether or not to release a new strap or maybe it's already in design and will be available before too long. I doubt I'll bother switching up.

Picked up the new AK yesterday, friend suggested I put on a green strap, to go with the second hand. However, im sticking with the OEM bracelet.

I would get a yellow rubber strap if you are into them. I haven't seem a brand sell them yet.

Here‘s some black leather. But note that the edges of the case are super sharp and ate up my leather straps, so I‘ve given up on leather.
