It included:
Complete overhaul
Clean Bracelet
Clean Case
Replace Crown
- crown with gasket 704 st-x1

They offered polishing, but I rejected it.

On top of that, new crystal + new pip insert made it to $430 total bill, inc. taxes, which I find reasonable.

Yes it did include polishing, Band refinished, new clasp, new bezel and crystal. For sale now at the store. $12k!
