I am 51 years old and stopped by commissioning Daytona WG for Oysterflex. I don't think I have grown up to DD yet.

But congratulations to you! White gold is more muted, sort of more practical with any outfit.

One of favorite DD40 configurations. I saw someone eating at a restaurant wearing one recently and it was stunning.

Happened to be admiring this yesterday in person, as it was available at a local boutique. Absolute beautiful piece! Congratulations!

congrats, when I was shopping for my DD I asked for this spec or a plat motif. the plat motif came in first but i do wish this is the one that arrived. It's stunning and would be substantially less heavy than the plat which i'm still not used to weight wise.

wear in good health.

Beautiful watch. I am starting to think a YG DD40 and this is all you need.

Curious what you think of the WG with blue dial. I’ve thought to get this as the WG, I feel, would get a substantial amount of wearing as opposed to RG or YG.

That was the primary reason for me going with WG. I love RG but wouldn’t feel too comfortable with full gold bracelet in many places (I have RG Daytona on Oysterflex, this is as bling as I am comfortable in public).

WG will get a lot of wrist time and the blue dial on this one is spectacular.

Thanks. While it’s definitely heavier, it’s almost as comfortable on the wrist as my SS Pepsi. The bracelet is amazing.

Congrats, that’s the same DD I would have chosen myself as well. Your birthday must be around August like mine, I turn 50 by then too.
