Easy watch to wear and perfect daily. I keep it in rotation usually weekends but there is nothing wrong wearing it daily. Enjoy in good health!

I replace the strap for my Daytona with a rubber B which made it more casual to be used as a daily watch. I wear mine all the time and I even wear it on our vacation. I do have to say it's one of the most comfortable watch in my collection.

Easily my most worn watch since I acquired it I. 2016, and has alot of wear all over.
The scuffs and nicks all over the bracelet and clasp still don’t detract from what a glorious watch it is. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I think if you live in an area where safety isn't a concern, it's a great daily. The only negative might be the lack of date.

I was surprised when someone said the Daytona is a simple 3 hander with no date. I sometimes forget outside of the Chrono which I’m sure 99% do not use outside of novelty, it’s just a basic time only watch.
I don’t understand the demand for it, or the prestige it gets within the community. It’s just a watch, so wear it daily! |

I agree with that 100%. I think it’s just a small amount of getting over the fact that it took me so many years to get the watch. I always maintained that if I ever did get it I would rock it almost every day. So I am pretty sure that is what is going to happen. As others have said, the only reason not to wear it every day is to enjoy some of the other ones.

I think this forum can give folks a bit of tunnel vision when it comes to watches.... most will only ever buy 1 Rolex and wear the heck out of it Sent from my SM-G960W using Tapatalk |

I’ve worn my Daytona daily for years but that was mainly before all the hype. I think the only consideration would be personal safety and wearing just about any watch. I think sometimes the huge demand and prices of these watches obfuscate the purpose for them imho. I buy my watches to wear and the watch in question here is more than capable of providing decades of daily wear. Enjoy it!

I wore mine daily for the first few months. Then it was just in the rotation. Now it gets maybe a weekend every month or 2. I've been wearing a SBGM221 and a Tank more often since I work around Hollywood and Downtown LA and I'm afraid of who's looking at my wrist. I never cared before, but it seems like more robberies are happening.

If you’re rich enough to own a Daytona then use it everyday. Why the hell not? It’s tough enough.

You have solid thinking IMHO and wear it daily. It's a Rolex and can take pretty much anything most can dish out on a daily basis. She's not a daily for me as have many 'children' and they all like to be 'fed' every now and then.

For me it's not about the watch anymore as it's about the attention it can attract.
That's a good and bad thing of course but for me, my dailies are lower key less recognizable watches for the most part. But every watch I have would be a great daily for sure. If I were you, I'd mix it up but wear it a lot.

Who cares what an AD think? They're busy crafting new stories to shoo away prospective buyers.

I don’t think it’s that recognizable by 99% of the population. I daily my black dial Daytona for 1 year and never noticed anyone comment on it nor even a look. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I only have 2 watches. A white and black dial 116500LN, so one of them is on my wrist no matter what. I guess I can say I wear them daily without any thought.

You bought it from the AD at MSRP. Wear it and do with it what you want. I would wear any watch that I bought that would make me happy. That watch is not a scratch magnet like some other like PP Nautilus. You bought a great watch at a great price comparatively speaking when considering secondary market pricing. You should wear it as much as you want. Life is too short to fret over scratches.
