I think they need to monitor ADs/Boutiques better with their allocation process to bonafide individuals - not the same individuals getting the high end desirable watches. We saw a guy from China the other day buying loads at RRP with no jewellery / other brands purchases at all. All systems are potentially subject to abuse / fraud etc but something has to be better than nothing.

I’d change nothing from an operational, sales and marketing perspective.

I might add some more color across the product lines but even with that, I’d be very judicious and wouldn’t go hog wild.

I’d probably do something with the Cellini line and maybe introduce an entire new line too…

Do more AD quality checks. The buy this(jewelry) get that stuff is out of control. The brand experience has gone way down hill in the past few years. It used to be a joy to acquire to get a Rolex, now it’s a part time job filled with frustration.

Provide faster service at RSC's. Quicker turnaround time. Address the 3235 issue's and mark the dial in some manner so the consumer will know it is equipped with a revised movement.

LOL. There are no luxury goods in any other type of economic system.

Return to 31xx movements, don't put recessed areas into cases, ramp up supply, make interchangeable GMT bezels again, have more interesting dial choices for steel sports models.

Don't think I'd change a thing .... If they're producing at max capacity and are sold out[ for the most part] . Indicates Highly efficient , profitable business model .

I’d allow for glidelock to be available for all models which don’t have hidden clasps.

Revive the Pearl Master lineup and ramp up production for it, the Air King, Wimbledon and YM2. Proceed to discontinue all other references. Good social experiment to see how cu*ked the masses are for the brand.

Introduce a Heritage Line

Be great to see an annual release of a Heritage model true to original dimensions. I know Tudor is doing this but the dimensions are still not identical.

Could you imagine a Daytona 6263 reintroduced with some modern upgrades such solid endlinks and a glidelock clasp

or even a Submariner 5513 with domed sapphire and modern bracelet.

I'd prioritize improved sales channels. These ADs have unfortunately become a direct reflection of the brand, and their tactics have likely turned away thousands of potential customers.
