My Mum has a 35mm tt Yachtmaster which feels like a ladies-sized watch, and I’ve always felt underwhelmed by 36mm Datejust, even Explorer, but recently picking up a 38mm Tudor Jumbo I think it’s the perfect ‘smaller’ size. My everyday watches are Panerai so I like a larger watch.

I’d be for it but they’ve got to get the proportions right. It’s not a case of just miniaturising every dimension by a factor of say 09 (36/40). When omega had midsize models they didn’t look quite right. Can’t quite put my
Finger on why but they just seemed a little odd. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

About five years ago a Mini-Sub showed up around me, tried it on, came very close to buying it, even though it was actually a little too small. I regret it now, for the asking price it would have been fun just to have. |
