I own both; pateks and gronefeld (Principia).. Patek makes 60k pieces yearly compared with less than 100 from Grönefeld. Pateks finishing is exquisite, but the level of detailed finishing from gronefeld is simply Sublime and so unique. I absolutely love both brands, no need to compare, imo.
