Take it to RSC. Don't bother waiting until July when the "warranty" from the original seller expires. The seller seems very shady to be honest....$499/yr for so called warranty? It sounds like they are trying to sucker people into buying the warranty.

I wouldn't be buying aftermarket warranty. Not unless it's repaired by an independent party. You don't want them specifying dodgy Phil's watches down the road for any quickie fixes. A bit north of $900 and you get the whole service guaranteed by Rolex.

I'm definitely gonna take it to RSC and have them service it from now on. At this point, I don't want to take a chance on it and would love that Rolex 2 year warranty.

First decide if you are going to keep the watch and how much you are willing to put into it. I might be tempted to sell/trade once it comes back this time and is operating right. Why not look at the Trusted Sellers here and see what they will give you for the watch and what you want and how much to get into that. As an assumption, and depending on the age, I would speculate that you already have aftermarket parts on the watch. If not, then why does it continue to malfunction? Could be the repair person does not know what they are doing or the parts are not right and keep failing or both. Figure it out and make it work for you. Good luck and let us know how this plays out.
