It's ok, not something I'd want, but it's not terrible.

If you don't like it you don't like it. The Jubilee wears very comfortably, the Oyster looks better to me.

I think it'll appeal most to those that like the vintage vibes this one gives off.

We get it - you do mention this in every GMT thread

Besides, "soon" in the Rolex world is a little like the 2nd coming - no one knows exactly how long that will be!

I had the root beer - for whatever reason I didn’t notice them. Maybe it is the oyster and colors. I just was so disappointed with the BLNR and jubilee. Loved the bracelet, loved the colors, just couldn’t get past them.

Tell me about it! Either that or he's telling everyone why he's now a one watch guy and the Sub Date is the best thing ever, until he flips it for something else of course!

Can you tell me about your buying attempts at ADs and what you think of them and their business practices?

Thank for saving me the effort.

The 6 series GMT has been around 15 years and no one said much of anything about the GMT lugs until this poster, who feels very strongly about it.

Some of these people that complain about lugs so much makes me think they’ve never had one on their wrist before.

In person and on wrist the last thing you think about is lugs.

Not a TT fan but outside of the color distortion of that pic, the watch is a beauty!

Definitively, TT with yellow gold is NOT for me
It would spark zero temptation, rather rejection, in my case

I had a chance to wear an exhibition piece of this exact configuration at AD today.
And I have to say I instantly dislike it.

Not a tutone fan but I can appreciate the throwback look to the GMTs of the past.

I'd prefer the older version .. albeit doesn't have the grey to the bezel ..

My friend, I'd like to introduce you to the world of blood pressure medications. Either that or sunscreen lotion

I’m not getting the GMT unless they changed the proportions making it similar to the 12 series sub. The width of the bracelet is too narrow compared to that of the case.

My AD has it as an exhibition piece. I too tried it on and like it a lot. Have requested one when they get more in.
