I own both and they are different. The Bluesy is bright and blingy and the CHNR is subtle but elegant. Color scheme different. It is really a personal preference but I could not choose between them which is why I own both. Let us know what you choose.

Perhaps for an only watch or small collection, Rootbeer?

Rootbeer single handedly revived the love for the TT Rolex. Before the Rootbeer most wouldn't consider TT. Root Beer by a mile. The Rootbeer has a huge handicap in the poll because most owners of something vote for it. The Bluesy was in production for so many years it has huge ownership.

Neither. I don't like the double tone, it's either all steel or it's all gold.

one watch, go for Submariner without a doubt......in a collection, go for GMT

usually, a lot of people have both in their collection

I prefer the more vibrant colors on the Sub. Both are beautiful though.

What we like and what appeals to each of us is a very personal thing. There's no "enlightening" you. You either like something or you don't.

I'd rather pay grey price for a CHNR than retail for an LV. Which I did. I like rose gold. I wanted a GMT. I love how it looks and wears.

Personally, I find the TT Blue sub far too "1980's used car dealer" But many on here love it.

Too funny! Good choice. The TT bluesy is far nicer than the full YG imo. The full YG looks better with the black dial

total Sophie's choice for me — I prefer the GMT to the submariner, but maaan I love that blue dial in the sun. maybe choose based on your preference for gold color?

Fair enough. Thanks for your reply.

That being said, I’d rather go with the GMT in all black than the Rootbeer.

I must be an outcast in regards to these matters.

Since I have both, I have to ask myself which one would I part with if forced to make that decision... Very reluctantly, I would let the CHNR go
I find the bluesy to be more versatile.

I think I pushed the thread toward the CHNR by one vote!

And that’s the one of the two I don’t own…
