I don't use the elevator and go up to my fourth floor on foot. And I've decided for myself that when I don't want to walk up, it means I've gotten old.

When you require hearing protection at every concert and sporting event so the whooshing in your ears doesn’t get worse… and your wife agrees.

The answer to that is ALWAYS yes, whether you qualify or not, they think you do, so take the discount!!!

When you see something comes on at 9:00 and you already know you'll never make it to the end.

Whooshing? That’ll be fun to look forward to instead of the constant high pitched tinnitus.

When a family member cuts you off mid sentence and finishes the story that you already told them 100 times.

When you notice that sports teams are already replacing the stadiums that replaced the stadiums that you grew up with.

Young ones are constantly thinking of sex.
Middle aged focus on money.
Old only obsess about their bowels.

It's bad, trust me, but manageable as long as you can make it to the bathroom

When you lower the volume of the radio so you can see better while driving.

Seriously though, for me it was when athletes you watched get drafted are now getting inducted into the hall of fame after being retired for 5 years.

Choose your urologist wisely. Shop around and don’t hesitate to jump to the next one if you’re not getting good results.

Whew! Good to know this isn’t just a female issue.
But, do you slightly pee after you sneeze? …
…that might just be cuz I had the whole pregnancy, labor, birth thing going on though.

I remember watching Ken Griffey play with the Reds.
Then Ken Griffey Jr with the Mariners.
Then about 10 years ago, Jr's son Trey played WR for my college team.
Thinking I should still be around the 4th generation.
Maybe even the 5th.

It’s okay! Guys lose bladder tone too, but from peeing in the pool or the gym shower.
