you have purchase history *at the* boutique and they still required you to buy a L1 for the WG odysseus? had you used your chits for another allocated watch? or your purchase history was the saxonia and they said that wasn't sufficient?

a 3rd interpretation would be if your purchase history was at the boutique and it was the saxonia (with aventurine dial) which i suspect could be viewed as a "we are doing a favor for you by selling you this watch" timepiece and hence not sufficient for the WG Ody.

either way, understand how that could be irksome.
