With end link is great, plus now you can use a wide variety of rubber and leather straps. For GMT and Sub going Rubber / Everest direct looks better to me, yet on the 'tona i feel the end links give a more classy visual (and leather strap options). jmho

I love changing rubber straps on my watches also. i normally purchase from Tempomat Madrid. Their quality is really nice and their price is so good compared to others, so i bought quite a few colors already.
