Well if your watch has the cal 3186 movement then early models did have a date change problem, that was something to do with a spring that slides of the cam yoke but that was rectified later by Rolex. If you still have the date change problem speaking for myself bite the bullet and have a full movement RSC service then watch will be like new with a 2 year warranty

The 216570 has the 3187 and has Never had the 3186.
