This. However, as a dude trying to pick something for a lady, pretty much take my answer and do the exact opposite.

There WAS a Sundust dial, but it has been mostly discontinued (some references still offer it) and replaced by what Rolex calls the Rosé-colored dial. I have a 28mm TT Everose Datejust with the Sundust dial and I love it. I have never seen a Rosé-colored dial in person, but to have to choose between it and black, I would choose Rosë-colored.

So this happened.

I told our AD we wanted the Rose colored dial and days later the call came in. Tells me two things; the PM watches are way easy to get and two, ask for what you really want.

Happy wife. Happy life.

Really whichever she likes. If I was buying for my better half it would be the rose gold one

Op, the Rose for sure, looks very refined and classy… but it all depends on if your wife likes to coordinate with her outfits? The black will work with everything?

They are both beautiful and she will enjoy them, whichever one she chooses.

Cheers,

THAT is stunning, and I do prefer it to the other two. I may be biased, as I have a slate dial Wimbledon TT.
