Pepsi on Jubilee is my personal grail, so I wouldn't let that one go. I would keep it and work on trying to ADD the Daytona. Between the two, the GMT with the date complication is more useful to me as well.

It’s not really one or the other it’s both. If I had both of these I don’t think I’d feel the urge for needing anything else.

It’s hard to say, I have seen plenty of exhibition Pepsis not never a SS Daytona.

Depends what else you have. If you had another Daytona, I’d stay with the BLRO (even if you had another GMT). But if you don’t have a Daytona, I’d do the trade, maybe.

I am lucky enough to own both (126710BLRO and 116500LN) and were I to choose between them, I would say: depending on the Panda reference. I prefer 116500LN over Pepsi, but Pepsi over 126500LN. Anyway, very difficult decision, both are awesome.

If you are the first owner of your Pepsi, keep it and save to add a Panda to your collection. If you are a “one watch guy”, choose the one you like the most and forget anything else.

Do you have other GMTs? Do you have other Daytonas? I like GMTs as to me they're actually a useful complication. Whereas I almost never use the chronograph on my chronograps. But then again if you have 3 GMT Masters and no Daytonas, it will skew the answer towards selling one of the GMTs (in this case Pepsi) and getting a Daytona. So, probably Pepsi. Also Jubilee is so nice and comfortable.

Not to mention there is no date function and the chrono is a pain in the butt to use. You have to unscrew the chronograph pushers every time to use it.

Resale value wise, both are almost the same markup percentage from their retail. I have a Pepsi on jubilee and working on getting a Daytona but if I had to pick one, I’ll take the Pepsi anyday. A lot easier to read, functional and just a pop of color while remaining timeless and classic. Both are beautiful watches though!.
Yup I disagree on comfort. The maxi case is a lot of things but comfort is not its strong suit, relative to the Daytona. On the bracelet front for the 11 series Daytona you can get the super jubilee if you don’t like oyster, but I imagine that’s the minority. In any case, all personal preference :)

I have a Pepsi on jubilee, which I love. I also love the 126500 Daytona but don’t love it enough to buy grey. I’ve been waiting, and will continue to wait, for my 126500 from my AD. That said, if you can only have one, I would stick with your Pepsi and wait for the Daytona.

Just personal preference, no wrong answer. For me…If a one and only watch, I’d probably stick with gmt. If part of a collection, and could pick only one…probably go Daytona

I wouldn’t even make the trade if it were a straight trade, just my opinion owning both.

As someone else said, keep the Pepsi and add the Daytona.

If I were going to move a Pepsi for a Daytona, I would honestly look at the OF over the SS. The Ghost is more special and the all black subdials just do it for me. The panda is a great watch but for around the same money I would get the ghost which if you got the Pepsi at retail you should be able to get the ghost in about 6 months.

BLRO for all of the reasons already mentioned.
To me it's an overall better looking and better wearing watch.
