Stunning! This is the one watch I regret flipping.

No swimming with it on. I might bang it against the pool edge and the watch would not win.

Excellent choice! An example of negative press at introduction and almost impossible to get/find now. After seeing in person, this Patek is an awesome piece!

Awesome pic my friend, too bad I can't wear full gold pieces as it is really stunning Don't flip it, it is IMO the best daily SS watch, can't imagine a single watch I would want to have instead of the 5712... |

It's really hard to appreciate the depth and colour of the 5712 dial, but I think this photo does a fairly decent job of it! I just love my Nautilus!!

Thanks Ben, if the RG 44 really becomes too heavy for you I can heartily recommend this piece instead. Sleek and smooth but just as much beauty and wrist presence.
Thanks, Arnaud, well you have a brown dial RG Aqua so you are half way there... I think if a 5712/1R came out you would have to have it. |

Very cool references Stephen! The retrograde perpetual is a very cool complication. It just puzzles me with this reference why they elected to run the leap yr indicator right through the 15 and 17. I love the 5180 but unfortunately being Greek and Italian the hair on my arms is a sight for sore eyes when looking at the see through dial LOL

Look at You holding out on Us! The 5370 is off the charts! Was the piece waiting to be picked up by its owner?

I wish I were the new owner of that 5370p. It's incredible. The 5960p-016, while on a completely different level, also is a nice watch.

I use a watchwinder. They are going into the safe for a week whilst I travel. The anomaly is the 5167 in that I only have 5 winders and this one is easier to set and not on a winder. The FPJ I was wearing and hence half wound. They are in Kuwait time. Cheers
