I thought about him actually this morning believe it or not. God bless him I hope he is healthy and well. I think he had some concerns about health.

He got it for $14,000 for David SW and got roasted inflamed so hard.

I happen to like what I'm wearing. You sound quite insecure.

Send me your address, I'll send you my watch. I can't bear to see you like this.

I don't think so. I think it was only the Red 41 for 14k from DSW

piffle. i don't think i'm going out on a limb by saying that the turquoise op has limited appeal among end users. not very versatile, more of a t-shirt and shorts watch. there's better watches in the catalog for what the speculators are asking.

Enjoy it Jackson, and you other owners, when the price of my Nautilus went thru the roof earlier this year it put me off wearing it and made me feel self-conscious, but now I have adjusted and I am back to taking all the crazy shenanigans of the watch world in my stride again.

Moser is getting there all by itself. Did you see their recent release? Love the handcrafted skeleton movement.

I have not worn any of my watches for awhile, brother. I'm afraid. I'd rather not now until things get better.

I'm wearing a 4k SS Rolex. That's it. There is NO Way in the world I would walk around wearing your 5711R if I had it. You feel comfortable with 250k+ on your wrist? Even if you got it for around 50k, it would be a burn, it doesn't matter. And the trauma and worry that goes with it. People are crazy these days. Stay safe.

Honestly the most ridiculous pricing for a watch and dial, which only in color has an association/resemblance with another jewelry company.

Not sure how the Patek co-branding (and valuation... which is still stupid) jumped from there in to Rolex...

(yes, yes, Tiff use to do a few years of co-branding with Rolex but other that zero affiliation to the modern nature).

Also not saying its not an attractive watch. I don't mind a 36mm version and maybe a bit of premium, but starring at the hype price... a serious wtf! hahah!

Full disclosure: I ordered an OP41 Yellow brand new full set this morning when I saw the news. Paid $22k. Whether the Chrono seller actually ships the watch will be another battle. Where do people honestly see these going? 40k? 50k? Only 1.5years of production.

And this is why we have this problem. Nobody knows. It's just speculation at this point. It'll probably go up, but by how much nobody knows.

People were holding onto the 36mm Explorers thinking they'd go up, but Rolex did a re-release and prices are coming down. If Rolex ever does this color again in a 39mm case you're screwed. Nobody knows if they're ever actually gonna do it though.

Bringing back a model is at least a reasonable thought, unlike discontinuing a Sub
