The Zeitwerk and other Lange pieces are nice but for me the most beautiful is the Dato 39, and of course my "grail" watch is the WG Datograph perpetual, does anyone on TRF own a perpetual, PT or other metal?

Thanks Arnaud and together they make for a great trifecta!

Anyone with a wrist size around 6.5" have a comparison picture of the Grand Lange 1 42mm size and the Lange 1 38.5mm size or the Little Lange 1 36mm on their wrists?

I do like some of the Grand Lange designs but I haven't put a watch over 40mm in size on my wrist yet that I felt looked okay and can usually tell by comparison picture wrist shots that it would be too big for me (I'm more of a 15450 Royal Oak guy than a 15400 Royal Oak).

Or would anyone happen to know the lug to lug lengths of the grand Lange 1 42mm case, the 38.5mm Lange 1 case and the 36mm Little Lange 1 case? Can't find those measurements anywhere.

Thanks Paul and Neil I've been eyeing this for some time. I kept letting other watches get in the way until now a lot of firsts for me in this piece: first PM, first time only, first german, first manual wind wristwatch and first leather strap watch in nearly 10 years!

Big congrats on the Lange. Definitely one of the top brands. So many incredible pieces in the collection - and yours is one of them.
