Reached out to the boutique, unfortunately no CO for me :,( I've expressed interest around a year ago, so I'm not expecting the watch any time soon and their response didn't surprise me at all. The only thing I'm worried about is not getting an allocation before they'll eventually discontinue the watch...

Both sizes of the Eleganté are closed - we found this out when I was in Geneva in June. CS, AN, AL2, and LN should be open. Same with Tourbillion. I have no clue on the line sport models. I have not expressed interest in any of them. I do not think that the reps would tell you that they are working on it if they were not sincere. My advice to those who want to buy Journe watches from the boutique is that you have to keep in touch with your representative 2-3 times per year even if your watch is years out. The rep you are working with gets maybe 1-3 pieces at most per model. Each boutique gets 600+ new inquiries per month so it’s a lot of competition. |

When I was last at the boutique, I was told CO is as bad as RQ. My wishlist since last year was an Elegante for my wife and hopefully a TV for myself. Let’s hope I won’t get a confirmation that none is available this year like last year. |

I really don't mind the wait, the CO is my grail. I just hope that I'll get one before they discontinue the model. In the mean time I just visit the boutique from time to time to chat about watches which is always an enjoyable experience for me. Their staff is immensely knowledgeable and they are more than happy to talk about their product. In short - not owning a Journe now is completely my fault lol. Each time I changed my preference I was told that I'd lose my spot on the list, so they were really transparent and patient through out the whole process of me pestering them with new wishes for watches |

Hindsight is 20/20, but I would have just added my name to the CO and stayed in line for the other watches. Hang in there. Journe is with the wait like Chase said. Of course it’s easy for him since he owns 20 Journes - lol |

I considered just adding watches on top of previous inquiries to my wishlist, but I figured I'd have better chances at getting the CO faster if it's my only request. No idea if that's true though, just made sense to me at the time lol. I'll try an do the exact opposite - BL RQ would be the dream after I'll eventually get the CO. But considering they produce maybe 5-10 BL RQs a year (just a guess!) there's pretty much 0 chance of me getting one. My realistic next FPJ would probably be the CS Havanna in plat, lovely watch. Any estimate on when you'll receive the RQ? Which configuration have you requested if you don't mind sharing? |

The brand has taught me patience in a world of need it yesterday. It pays off in the end. Plus, confirming it is worth the wait always. |

Perfection! I much prefer this model over the updated CS BL without the clous de paris dial. Don't really understand why they dropped that dial.

I’ve been told if you want anything from Journe you should tell them. They don’t penalize you or look at you sideways for being on the list for 4-5 pieces. Register interest for what you want yesterday. Then work with your SA to establish what’s possible first and what you’re trying to achieve with your collection long term.
I too made this mistake because I thought it would be like asking my Rolex AD for 116500 Pepsi and LV sub. As a result I waited 8 months to add my wishlist and since then it had pushed times from 2 years to 6/7 for the RQ lol live and learn.

Thx I’m a bit fluffy right now lol so wrist is up to 7.5”. It’s by no means a small piece but I don’t find it oversized either like with say a 42 APROO

I confirmed my rose gold interest a few weeks back in this model. 7.25” wrist here so feeling it’s going to be perfect. Might switch up for the yellow dial version of yours. No bad choices to be made it seems. |

I really like the rose and how it plays with the ruthenium dial. Im really drawn to titanium watches for many reasons comfort being number one but I feel the RG is the best looking in the range.

If you look at the FPJ WEBSITE you will understand the descriptive terms. To simplify my question. Have you seen a rose gold case with a GRAY dial in the RQ?

Well, your post/question didn’t specify the RQ, so wasn’t clear. And the terms in my post were from the FPJ WEBSITE. Cheers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

Laurent Journe has that configuration and he was gracious enough to let me examine it and wear it. To my knowledge he is the only one that has that combo. I have ordered that configuration for my RQ. |

When I ordered my RQ, it is available as an option. My friend actually ordered it that way with his RG RQ and I was tempted for a day to order my Pt with the salmon dial but decided against it. I think if you ask, it can be accomodated.

I apologize for not making it clearer. The RQ is referenced in the title of my post on the web version of the post.
