Did anyone here end up snagging a pair of the Nike Air Mags? I saw Kid Cudi wearing them partying in NY a few months back and have been contemplating buying a pair on The Bay ever since.

You must really dislike the horology house of Audemar Piguet then... Simply one of the most important watch houses around today ;-) Not just the U.S., Tokyo has the Nike sneaker game on LOCK!

My buddy over at Nike told me that the Yeezys are dropping June 9th so hopefully soon enough everyone that wants a pair will be able to line up and get 'em!

Yes and no, yes because LE the same model is boring at best and nothing but a lazy cash in at worst but the shoe game is a different ballgame all together....although i do like the odd ROO, AP are rapidly heading to One-Watch-Company ala Hublot and have to much history behind them to allow themselves to become such.

I live nowhere near anywhere it's possible to that's why I'm in a bit of a pickle about how I'm going to get a pair

Like a 5131J these will be almost next to impossible to source like a normal release... My hands are tied with this release...

Good luck! I see that you are in Manhattan, as crazy as this may sound I've heard people are lining up at Foot Locker, etc. for them... Not sure why because I believe normal commercial shoe chains will not get them...

I completely hear you and understand... The sneaker game has somewhat hit a saturation point with re-releases and that is why collectors are shifting towards NOS originals...

Let us know what you find... I have not looked at the bay to review prices, however, should be interesting...

I hate living in the UK at times. There are only 2 stores in the whole uk you can get them and that's Nike 1948 and Niketown (both in London which is around 3 hours away) Im also in my final exams before uni so can't travel up -_-

Personally I don't consider the RO and the ROO to be the same watch so I wouldn't call it one watch yet.

The RO is a classic but I do feel they have ruined the ROO by making too many of them. It'sstill a great watch with a great movement though.

Great to see the kinship building on this thread! Hopefully we can get this to over a 1,000post like Dino's attire thread...

So the other day I was combing through my secret spot in my man cave and stumbled across this... If anyone here was remotely interested in video games growing up you knew what Neo Geo was all about! Try finding the European version of Kizuna Encounter! There are 12 documented copies in the world!

Defo over saturated but a few brands shown less love in the past are now getting their shine on right now. As for NOS or OG's been there done that,sold/traded/ held on to a few

Something tells me you had an incredible collection of sneaker history in your possession at some point! I am jaded somewhat as well, however, like horology and video game/comic book/card collecting the feeling of obtaining a rare fresh example is second to none!
