I think Rolex has done a great job with the new sub. If I had the resources I would get one.

New 2010 Submariner

All I have viewed so far are the photos online from BaselWorld of the new SS Submariner. However, doing my research and trying on several TT Ceramic Subs I know its one for me :)). Currently I am # 5 on the wait list at my AD. Am sure that others will be lining up soon with more information coming out on pricing and availability. Happen to like the Deep Sea as well, but it too big for my wrist. M

I think it would be a great watch to have. However, I have to say that the size of it is basically the same as the IIc which I owned and frankly, left me wanting. I bought the DSSD knowing that the sub-c was coming and I have to say I probably will not buy it. I haven't worn another watch since getting it including the LV. Poor thing just sits there like a dumb dog waiting to be taken for a walk.

Then again, I haven't tried it on yet ROTFLMAO

I'm waiting for the watches to become used before I pick one up. It will look the same in one month, but cost 2x as much. I wish I had a million bucks!

It should be interesting to see how quickly the buyers remorse sales start to pop up on the forum. I have a feeling that Bodybump and DavidSW, just to name a few, are going to be quite busy.

A big +1 to that one.

Super case is a huge turn off, I think I need to turn my attention to some of the beautiful older models, they will never go out of style and are far more cleanly proportioned.

It's a hard choice for me. I don't have a clue what the new Sub will cost. I have seen several ideas on what it may cost. I have been thinking of buying a two BNIB used Rolex watches this year. If I buy the new Sub I would be done for the year as I am guessing the new Sub will be aroun $7,300 bucks. This will kill the idea of two more Rolex watches this year.

no desire whatsoever...picked up the gmtIIc and would choose it again over the new sub...id rather spend that amount of coin on a beatiful vintage 1680...better looking watch...am I too young to be a traditionalist? maybe...but I AM ONE!

I would love to get it but it will be exorbitant when it arrive at the ADs. My strategy, wait patiently for a pre-owned piece - 2014 and beyond judging from my last wait for the old LV

I haven't had any interest in buying another new Rolex since 2005. Got into Omega and Panerai lately. I think Rolex prices have became retarded and none of the new designs catch my attention enough to spend retarded money on.

I don't see it happening any time soon. I'm very pleased with my 16610. There's at least three other Rolex models I'd buy (and an Omega or two) before even considering a ceramic Sub.

While the new improvements sound great, I am just now a huge fan of the Ceremic Bezel. I love my Sub LV with the Black insert...

I guess I will wait and see the new SubC in person before I make up my mind for sure.

However the brief glimps of the New Explorer II looks awesome... can't wait for that one.

Truthfully, having seen and replayed many times, the video of the should have been released but, Rolex wimped out till next year Explorer II, I will now sandbag the necessary funds to buy the E II when it is released. At least it still looks like a Rolex !

Great robotic craftmanship the new Sub...but not for me.

I was told that it will hit the showrooms in Europe around June in time for
the summer holidays, I doubt that any AD will get more than one at first.
Price possibly a little more than the current GMT-II-C
