Why don't you all just pull the panties out of yer behinds and relax.... That watch is cool in its own right. Just because it has a 'leaf' on it, does not make is a target for all the negative predisposed notions. Unless, of course, you get appalled at the sight of a beer bottle as well. To the best of my knowledge, alcohol has caused more deaths and has torn up more families than the 'leaf'. So just relax, people. If you don't like it, there's always the 'back' button. Don't think the OP posted this to get roasted, ok?

I don't think anyone was "roasting" the OP. Drugs and their usage will bring out many strong opinions and I'm sure the OP knew this when he started the thread. No one was bashing him, just the ugly watch. PS, at this time pot is illegal, alcohol is not, so your comparison really isn't valid. And yes I will have a beer with dinner, but at least in the country that I used to know, drug usage was frowned upon.

Look beyond face value - in the country you 'used to know', at one point, alcohol was illegal as well. It is nothing more than politics. If it can be taxed and controlled, it WILL become legal (as it already has in several states). If you apply a tad of logic and look at the statistics, there is no reason whatsoever why one is legal and the other one isn't.

Only illegal for a few years, read your history books. Maybe we should tax and control Meth, Crack, and Coke??? We'll become a third world country even more quickly than we are. The problem will be that there will be fewer and fewer people paying the bills for the more and more addicts (oh wait, that's already happening). If you'd like to return this discussion back to a watch forum, that's OK with me. The other direction will probably end badly and be locked by the mods.

just for correctness, I live in a third world country and dope is the last reason or cause, I can assure you, for making the third world what it is...actually the first world is much much more doped up but the rules, regulations, taxation and proper control even channelizes such a bad habit so that the overall community is healthy for growth, development and progress...hence 'bad governance' in a lot of senses is the fault/cause with the third world.

I am not for drugs, actually I am highly against drugs, but I just thought I'd share a third world experience :)

I wouldn't sport a drug leaf on my watch but I do understand many many people and nations and countries are quiet fine with it and I can respect that
