You know, saying you aren't trying to insult anyone here than saying something comnpletely insulting to any man that owns a Daytona, doesn't negate the insulting comment. No offense but your post sucks. I said no offense! lol -Pete

good one - you are probably not aware that there are just about as many girls wearing the Subs as the Daytonas. do a interweb search and you will be surprised.... now with this new Sub ceramic bezel insert "hype"... the ladies are going gaga over it (no offence intended) |

I say both ... Though I went for the Sub C first then got the white Daytona a few weeks later. I never regretted the decision. IMO both models are a winner!

Go with the Daytona first, then if you really need/want a Sub, I'd recommend the old style... much easier to "bang around" than the new style Sub or GMT (I've had them both). I like the fit/shape of classic Rolex models. Just my opinion.

Given what your Dad already has, go for the Daytona! The Daytona will make some great variety to his collection, but do pick up a SubC later.

Very tough choice, I'd have to say the Daytona.

Even though I traded my Daytona for a vintage Sub, between your two choices I'd take the Daytona hands down. I can't do the modern Subs...

Any thoughts about a TT Daytona? I personally love the looks, and it would be a great addition to the collection...If that's not really his thing, SS Daytona.
