the 116610LV. the green on green sub would be perfect for me.

im planning on buying this at the end of the year. depends really on how medical school applications go, so we'll see.

Hoping for my first Rolex: a vintage DJ or an Explorer. Decisions, decisions.

Just recently purchased a new SS Daytona from my AD so sadly no more watches for myself in 2011.

Now just looking to get a TT Datejust for my dad's 60th.

I'm aiming for a Sub C, undecided on LV or LN. But only after I meet my new year's resolution of losing weight.

I think this is actually a fake, but it's difficult to find a picture of that model with that dial...

I have 3 watches on my 2011 list:
PAM 219 Destro
SS Sub C
SS Daytona Black Dial

Basel may change everything, but will see how I do at the end of the year. :-)

I agree. It is massive. It is overwhelming. This design has lost the balance of the original. The GMT hand needs to remain a secondary time indicator not a primary glow orange hand of distraction. Again change is not always progress....

I recently got my first watch last Christmas. Its a Sea-Dweller. =)

So happy I got it but I kinda want to target a Rolex Daytona but thats gonna be quite a steep price.

Only if I achieve something worth celebrating, I'll be getting an Explorer II, white faced and with a red hand. Yup. After having a love-hate relationship, I'll be getting one more than likely.

Only two on my list that I am determined to acquire before 2011 is over... A complete elusive 1655 (Thanks to Sunny - Yazo I am on the right path) and the 16623 (This is Richard's pic - Bisquitlips) and I must say that the Black MOP YM is the best TT Rolex IMO

Hi guys. Im new. :-)

Anyway just secured a vintage 1986 President same model with lizard strap (http://file.vintageadbrowser.com/bd4lenlhtr0km6.jpg) and an Explorer on the new year eve December 2010. Plan to bring along the 114270 Explorer on 4x4 expedition through 7 countries journey on May-June 2011.

Again im not sure, anything will happen at the end of 2011, perhaps a vintage no date sub will be next.

Me, I'm still thinking of picking up a Cellinium this year. I find myself wearing a suit more often these days and I need a dress watch. I just need to find one at a price I can live with.
