GMT II would be my suggestion. I love mine and as others have said, you'll love the bracelet.

The Longines is a nice watch - but I have this "pet peeve" about watches that have complications that cover or cut off part of the main numbers on the watch face. It's like the complication was an after thought in the dial design. I wonder if I'm the only one with that idiosyncrasy?

Still that Longines is a lot of watch for the money...

The Longines and the Rolex give you two very nice but totally different watches and that's nice because you can switch with mood and dress but, it's what sings to you.

You can always get a GMTii later? Glad that you are keeping the classic sub.

I believe the choice you made is the right choice for you at this point in your life...you bought what you really want and you can't put a price on happiness and contentment. You can always start saving for the GMT if you decide that's the next must have watch!!!

I just couldn't do it, myself.

Of course, I've never flipped a watch in my life.
