One watch...?

There is no "one watch" that would keep me content in terms of my watch hobby.. I like having multiple watches, trading some of them when they lose appeal, making impulse buys when I can, etc...

Lastly, what will I be able to learn/research with only one watch...? This is another part of the appeal of the watch hobby for me...
