Well, you didn't actually ask what my favorite watch is rather, you asked what watch would "scratch my itch forever" and there are two:

My Rolex Sea Dweller
My Omega Seamaster two tone

I could wear these two without ever buying another watch.

I like the way you think, my 16750 does it all for me as well, but I think we share the same rationale.

Alright Ken, we'll let you pick two watches but it's just because that AP is stunning!

If it's a Rolex? Submariner in Stainless Steel (any version).

None Rolex? Any PP made out of Stainless Steel....................will suffice.

One watch forever...

I think the new DJ II in the silver dial with smooth dial comes as close as anything I've seen in awhile.

The one I have ... Submariner LVc

... but there is temptation for DRSD, MilSub, YG Sub (black), and GMTIIc (green dial)

I can't say "forever" but this is my current favorite watch (though I think the Daytona is the most beautiful watch currently in existence).

You only live once Chad. Get it! It's a great piece - the heft of it is a constant reminder of something special strapped to your wrist.
