The quality is black and white compared to the ETA versions.
It will be interesting to see what happens as ETA rolls out its stop selling movements to competitors
Omega has started producing in house movements.
Maybe Tudors will be powered by an in house movement again "Rolex"
Swatch has pledged to continue supplying Tudor. ETA produces 5 grades of movements and Tudor uses the highest chronometer grade.
Hassle friends over watch movements? Seems a bit shallow, imho. Why not let people enjoy their choices?

I'm a big fan of Tudor watches. IMHO, Rolex could sell many blue stainless Subs like the blue Tudor. I appreciate the date feature of the Tiger Chronograph. I sold a white dial Daytona because I grew frustrated that there was no date.

Very few seem to be balking at the two new releases from Tudor and I must admit that as a movement snob I would as well if it weren't for the fact ETA is Tudor and always has been.
