For me it'd be the Hulk. I owned a 14060M and it played second fiddle to my SD. Not a fan of nato's and the bracelet felt so cheap compared to it's modern contemporaries. The LV is just a much better quality although styling and colour may not be for everyone. I love mine although I do wear in rotation with other watches.

If times were tough I would keep the hulk and sell the rest. I would probably pick up a second job before I did that.

The Hulk is a great 2nd watch ... but as an only watch, it's not as versatile as the 14060 due to it's green dial. The 14060 doesn't have a date though. What I'd consider doing is selling both and getting a Sub C date.

I like the hulk, but I personally don't see it as a one and only piece simply because of it's coloring. It's not the most versatile color and does not go with everything. I think it's a great companion watch though.

Out of all the watches, if I were to choose and one and only, it would be a Yacht-Master, SD4000 or Pepsi GMT Master II (with additional LN insert). In my opinion, any of those watches are perfect for one and only's.

Good luck!
This!
