Congrats...I know you will really enjoy the watch. I love the GMT hand close-up which is just below a wrist shot. That is one of my favorite watch pictures of all time.

Bo - I know enough of the story of your wait for this watch and I'm really happy it now adorns your wrist - it's finally come home! Wear it in great health and happiness.

Your pictures are amazing and I have enjoyed looking through them even though the identical watch is on my own wrist. Seeing the clarity of the LEC actually helped me put my own mind at ease because until a few minutes ago I was never able to see it on mine - though not for lack of trying. While I never doubted my watch's authenticity (purchased from an AD whose name was given me by Rolex NYC) it bothered me that I couldn't see it. But after holding it at the same angle of one of your pictures, and looking at it like your camera lens did, Eureka - there it is. I will sleep just that little bit better now.

Bo:

Would you accept $7,000 for your watch? ( just kidding)

I am glad you found the LEC!

I doubt it. The SS GMT IIc is DKR. 42,300 in Denmark.

That equals approx. US $ 8,300.

Very nice pictures. Especially like the close ups that show the laser-etch crown. Just curious what type of camera u used?

I use a Sony T25 (8 MP) compact digital camera. VERY good value for the money and excellent for supermacro shots.

But good LIGHTING is basically what is needed to capture the LEC.
