1) WG Sub (I'd put a black Nato on it)
2) WG Sky Dweller
3) Explorer 1
4) JLC Reverso
5) IWC of some description either Yacht Club or Big Pilot.

I wonder if that can be achieved with $100k?

I wouldn't want to get them all at once. I'd limit myself to one per yea, just so I could enjoy getting them. 1) and 2) would be first priority but unsure of the order of 3), 4), & 5)

Depends on how much the lotto is.

But assuming it is more than 50 million usd, I would buy:

1. Pp perpetual calendar split second chronograph
2. Pp minute repeater
3. Lange... Not sure which model. Maybe the lange 1.
4. Richard Mille

Others I would have to think about it.
