As an owner of a RB11 I can confirm the winding crown is way too big and sharp, it will remove layer of your skin if worn tightly and AP are aware of this design flaw along with the pushers that are pointed side down which also dig in. The new Schumi which i also own has a much more rounded off crown and the pushers have a base plate hence more central to the watch. Overall the aesthetics of the RB11 are amazing but not practical.

Ha! If we're talk about sharp edges, the tang buckle on my 44mm FC has carved up myself and others at least a dozen times since I've had it.

I haven't had those issues with the Trulli or Schumis.
