Cold shower. That seems to work in other instances.

Einstein proved time is not constant so do the maths and stop time. Then no more need for watches. Otherwise you've got no chance.

You could take up gambling or drugs..... They will both take away focus and your discretionary income.

Just looked up to see an add for a tennis tournament and ROLEX is the major sponsor, so it must not be addictive otherwise they could not advertise.

I put my collection on ice, and then stopped logging in here for a long time. It worked, but why am I back?

This thread is both hysterical and enlightening. I'm was up to 3 rolexs a day before I sought help (kidding). I like to look at the Rolex watch as an international commodity that continues to increase in value. Thinking along these lines I am investing in my future. The problem with this commodity is that you can only make a profit if you sell. How the hell do I part with "my precious"? Or more accurately "my presiouses"?

Is there such a thing as WIS Anonymous meetings? Being around others with the same problem in a live group setting may assist in healing us.

I don't think I ever want to stop, I haven't gotten to the point of soliciting sexual favors for this addiction, but I guess that would be where I would draw the line! Hahaha!

I'm kinda going out of control right now. I have so many in mind to buy...an AP, Milgauss GV, Tudor Pelagos / Black Bay, or another Planet Ocean, maybe even a PAM.

Right now I'm leaning towards a Black Bay and Planet Ocean. I may be done for a long time after that.

For me I'm not one who has to own every model that Rolex puts out. I always wanted a DJ & a Sub. The Exp I 39mm kinda grew on me & I'm saving for that one.

It is quite an addiction but for the first time ever, I don't find myself looking for the next Rolex. I have just about every piece I would want. Those that I don't have I am just not itching to pull the trigger. Variety helps for sure.
