Agreed. I just think the accordion strap is very modern looking and conflicts with vintage feel of the 372. I think the older style rubber strap (that comes with the 422) might fit the style better?

So we actually agree again (though end up at different conclusions)...because what I like about the look is the tension created by the vintage looking watch on the ultra-modern band. I thought it was a great mix of old- and new-world.

In that case, it's the perfect strap!

Even if you don't like the look, the accordion is incredibly comfortable.

For anyone who does like the look, I highly recommend it...or better yet, go pick up a submersible (305 or 389) and then just use accordion strap it comes with already. I figure by getting the 305, I saved myself $300 :-)

I agree, the accordion strap is VERY comfortable. That was some masterful enabling.

Thanks for posting these.
I got to tell you, as far as color goes, I'm sold. I like it! With that dial; It's perfection!
I'm not a fan of the accordion strap when compared to the other OEM strap though. I'm going to look around and see if anyone is selling the rubber strap that came with their 422.

Thanks again for taking the time to post these.
Cheers!
